Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions stipulate the rights and responsibilities between you and Homsweethom Spiritual Center (hereinafter referred to as “the Center”) when purchasing and using relevant courses/services/products. All terms and conditions are legally binding. By browsing our website and/or completing the payment process, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Conditions of use

The Center controls and maintains this website in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”). Any provision of these Terms of Use shall be governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. If any provision of these Terms of Use does not apply, that provision or any other provision will continue to have effect. The publication of the content on this page may be restricted by the laws of some regions. You need to understand the restricted content on your own.

​​Payment Instructions

  • You should carefully consider the course/product/service content, date and time, teaching/therapy mode, etc. before paying. Once registration and payment are made, there will be no refunds, exchange for cash, or other cash vouchers, gift certificates, coupons, goods and services under any circumstances.
  • Our center accepts a variety of payment methods for tuition payment, including cash, FPS, bank transfer, payme, Alipay, PayPal and credit card.
  • After checking the order, the center will send relevant information and precautions on or before the day of class/therapy.
  • If you have any changes to your personal information, you should notify this center immediately. If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in failure to timely ship goods, issue course certificates, or notify various news, etc., the center will not be held responsible.

Leave arrangements, bad weather and changes to appointment times

  • Please ensure that you can attend the class/receive the therapy service on the day of the appointment. If you want to change the time, please notify us at least 3 days before the original date.
  • If you are unable to attend the course for some reason, you can transfer your qualification to another person, but you must inform us within 7 days before the course so that the center can make other arrangements.
  • If you fail to make an appointment and complete the class/therapy more than 30 days after the order is paid, the order will be deemed abandoned and the center will automatically cancel the order without any notification or refund. If you want to know the latest timetable, you can check with the instructor/therapist in charge, or pay attention to the information published on this website and social media.
  • If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, “Extreme Conditions” is announced or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued, our center will suspend services. The Center does not guarantee that we will make separate notifications separately. Please pay attention to the latest weather report from the Hong Kong Observatory. Affected by bad weather, original classes will be postponed or make-up classes will be notified separately. If you are unable to attend class during the make-up time, you may apply for a class transfer.
  • The center will try its best to meet the needs of students/clients and adjust the class/therapy date or time. However, we cannot guarantee that the date and time you request can be fully provided. The instructor/therapist in charge has the final decision.
  • Changing the appointment time is an additional service, and the center does not promise that you will be able to successfully apply. At the same time, the center will not refund part or all of the money due to factors such as student/client absence or bad weather.

Return policy

  • This policy only applies to product categories, not course and service categories.
  • If you find that the product style is wrong or the new product is defective during transportation, please contact our center within 3 days of arrival to handle returns, exchanges or repairs, and return the product with its original packaging within 7 days of contact. Or send it to the center in person. Failure to return it within the time limit will be deemed as automatically giving up the right to return or exchange.
  • All crystals are natural products. Ice cracks, lint, and black spots are all natural phenomena. There may be natural mineral defects, pits, flat ends, and different sizes. Each crystal product is unique and has been purified and blessed, so you should pay attention to it before shopping.
  • Crystal products, customized products, special promotion products (items specially marked on the website), and personal hygiene products are not accepted for return or exchange.
  • If the product has been disassembled, used, missing parts, etc., it will not be exchanged.

Ownership of all copyrights, designs and all intellectual property rights

Notes, handouts, reading materials, audio recordings and video teaching materials provided by the Center in any form are only for students’ personal use during their studies. They are the property of the Center and may not be provided or disclosed to any person or organization. Without the prior written permission of the Center, it may not be copied, reproduced, reproduced, resold, auctioned, or rented in any way. The center reserves all rights of investigation (including copyright).
