The delivery service scope is only applicable to Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, excluding outlying islands, airports, postal code addresses and restricted areas. Some areas including but not limited to Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay are subject to additional delivery charges. If the delivery address is in a building without direct lift access, customers may need to pay an additional surcharge to the delivery person. We recommend that customers check with us before placing an order.
If the order contains out-of-stock products, we will separately notify the customer of the expected return date of the out-of-stock products and wait until all the items in the order are in stock before sending them out together.
When the gale signal is hoisted or the black rainstorm warning signal is in force, delivery services will be postponed.
If during the delivery process, the delivery is delayed or omitted due to the following circumstances, resulting in any direct or indirect losses, the customer will be responsible for it:
When the courier service provider delivers the goods, the recipient is not at the delivery address;
The shipping address entered by the customer is incorrect or incorrect, or there is no relevant recipient;
The contact number of the recipient provided by the customer is incorrect or invalid.
When customers check out their order, please enter the complete shipping address. Once the order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
We do not offer a combined order service, and the shipping fee for each order will be calculated independently.
2. Self-pickup at the spiritual center
After the order payment is confirmed, customers are requested to make an appointment for pickup via IG inbox/Whatsapp 1 working day or before.
